Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The provider of back-office services TMF Group announced that it will create 300 new jobs at its European TMF Group Centre in Katowice, Poland, within the next two years. The recruitment has just started. The company is mainly looking for specialists with experience in one of the company's areas of specialization and knowledge of foreign languages, especially English, German or French. They will work for clients from various European countries. The local government in Katowice was happy about the announced expansion.
TMF Group provides back-office services, including accounting, tax, HR, corporate secretariat and payroll. TMF Group operates in 80 locations worldwide. Currently, the company employs about 500 people at its branches based in Warsaw and Katowice; they provide services to over 800 Polish and international clients.
