The French digital company Devoteam has recently created its new branch in the city of Ostrava and will gradually create 100 new jobs this year and over the next year. IT specialists will make up about 70% of the staff. The company focuses on the digitisation of workplaces, such as setting up effective work online or improving operation through digital technologies. The Ostrava centre is to create new services in the field of deployment and support of cybersecurity and cloud applications. The COVID-19 pandemic has increased companies' investment in digitisation and accelerated this long-term trend.Â
