Description
The industrial group Sy Corporate France has taken over the Naf-Naf clothing brand and 944 employees out of a total workforce of 1,070 (that is 75% of jobs are preserved). Naf-Naf was placed in receivership in mid-May. The Sy Corporate group is an industrial group specialising in textiles and owns factories in Turkey and the Maghreb. Its offer ensures the maintenance of 944 jobs, 125 stores and all 75 affiliated shops, out of a total of 221 outlets.
Naf-Naf is a women's ready-to-wear brand founded in 1973 in Paris. In 2006, the company was sold to the Vivarte group. In 2018, Vivarte sold it to a Chinese consortium Shanghai La Chapelle Fashion.
