The Romanian producer and processor of meat Carmistin has announced the creation of 250 new jobs.
The business expansion will take place in the framework of the investment of €8 million made by Carmistin in its new chicken farm in Scornicesti (Olt County). The new jobs will be created in the coming months.
Carmistin Group includes more than 20 companies active in the production of chicken, pig and beef, but also in agriculture. The company was established in 2000 and has a total workforce of 1,800 people.
