European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Alibaba, the Chinese e-commerce giant, has announced the recruitment of 300 people for its future logistics platform in Belin-Beliet (Gironde). This will be the first logistics platform in France for Alibaba. The building will have a surface area of 71,000 m² over 19 hectares. The project is led by PRD, a major player in logistics real estate, which is waiting for the building permit to be validated by the State administrative authorities. Operations are planned to begin in early 2021.
