Description
The online grocery store La Belle Vie has announced a fund raising of €11.6 million for its location in Paris. With these funds, it plans to expand and open three new warehouses, one of which will serve a new city by the end of the year, probably Lyon or Lille. It is going to invest in its technology to optimise its growth and it plans to recruit 150 new employees to double its workforce. La Belle Vie lists some 6,500 products. During the period of containment linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, the start-up quadrupled its deliveries, bringing its monthly turnover to €4 million and hired about 100 people.
