Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Doctolib, a website that makes it easier for doctors to organise themselves via an appointment scheduling software available to patients 24 hours a day, has announced the recruitment of 500 employees over the next three years at its new regional headquarters in Nantes, 200 of whom will be recruited by the end of 2020. Created in 2013, Doctolib is experiencing strong growth and has 1,400 employees. Recruitment covers technological (IT developers), administrative and commercial functions. It will initially be located in Whoorks, a co-working space located at EuroNantes, near the station.
Previous recruitment announcements were recorded in the past 3 years: 125 job creations in 2015 and 400 job creations in 2018 in France and Germany.
