Description

US-based business service firm Support Services Group (S2G) will expand its workforce at its Budapest centre by 50 employees by the end of this year. S2G opened its new Budapest service centre in March and has already a 250 strong staff, the number of employees is expected to rise to 300 during this year. The establishment of the centre and the ongoing personnel expansion is primarily related to the provision of customer support to a major US streaming company.

The Budapest centre is the firm’s first service centre outside the Western hemisphere. The firm plans to strengthen its European presence through its Hungarian operation.

The business services centre sector has grown dynamically during the past decade in Hungary. By now, this sector employs some 55,000 workers.
