The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Maersk Drilling, drilling rig operator, informed that the COVID-19 crisis and an oil market that has experienced major price declines have prompted the company to reduce its staff in the North Sea by 250-300 positions.
