Moser, the world-famous Bohemian luxury glass manufacturer based in Karlovy Vary, announced it has dismissed 50 workers out of its approximately 300 employees due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Glass production is limited and some employees had to remain at home. The company has also closed down the glassworks. the company stated that it is not possible to maintain the hygienic requirements which are necessary in the present situation when manually blowing glass.
