The Spicerhaart Group, the British estate agency and financial services company, has cut over 300 jobs across the UK with immediate effect in the wake of the Covid-19 outbreak.
The company’s CEO has said that he was sorry about the redundancies, but the company had to take this difficult decision early to save the business and added that some branches are expected to be closed permanently. In so far, the company’s remaining 1,750 employees continue to work from home.
Spicerhaart is the UK’s largest independent estate agency with branches across England and Wales.
