The Polish producer of automotive components Zakłady Wyrobów Metalowych 'SHL' announced that it plans to cut its workforce by about 20% at the unit in Kielce within the next few weeks. It implies that 90 out of 430 will be made redundant under a collective dismissal programme. The conditions of the programme will be negotiated with the local trade unions.
