European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Bohdaneč Spa has reported that it will gradually dismiss 80 out of the 330 staff due to a reduction in spa operation caused by the coronavirus outbreak. The management of the spa is preparing a restructuring program that focuses on providing targeted rehabilitation care to really needy clients. The spa plans to accelerate the construction of new buildings and the modernisation of the spa houses, which will cost approximately CZK 400 million (€14.6 million as at 30 March 2020).
The spa treats musculoskeletal problems with about 11,000 guests a year.
