Lidl, the German supermarket chain, has announced the creation of 100 new positions in Spain. The business has invested a total of €40 million to open eight new stores, located in Barcelona, Creixell and Castelldefels (Catalonia); Tres Cantos and Alcalá de Henares (Madrid); Xàtiva (Valencia); Albolote (Andalusia); and Antigua (Canary Islands).
This announcement follows a job creation of 130 positions during 2019.
